About Erica
For most of my life
I checked every single box that high school me dreamed up: a hot husband, a six-figure salary, a house in the city, and two beautiful, healthy kids.
But somewhere between the milestones and the morning routines, I found myself exhausted, angry, tearful, and unsure why. The stress used to come from chasing goals. Now it came from having them all and feeling strangely empty inside.
Back then, even in the hustle, I still danced. I still read. I had hobbies, brunches, and late-night cocktails with my squad. I had me.
After fifteen years in corporate life and losing four loved ones in one year, I finally pressed pause.
For the first time, I turned my focus to someone I’d been neglecting for years: myself. I began resting, reflecting, and rediscovering joy. You know, the kind that used to make me belt out Canto-pop songs in front of my grandparents’ living room mirror.
Through that journey, I realized I wasn’t alone. So many of us are quietly running on fumes and afraid of the shame that comes with prioritizing ourselves, unsure where to begin again.
That’s why I created Unicorn Dynasty: a community and coaching space for women who are ready to remember who they are. Here, I share the frameworks I built to help others understand their narratives, rediscover joy, and set boundaries that protect their peace.
If you’ve ever felt like you’ve lost yourself in the life you built, you’re not broken. You just forgot to put yourself on the list.
